Benefits of Watermelon

Watermelon season is my absolute favorite time of year! Watermelon is juicy, sweet, refreshing, and loaded with antioxidants associated with many health benefits. Watermelon is a summertime staple, loved by many for its refreshing taste and hydrating properties.

  • Vitamin C– helps strengthen immunity, produces collagen for healthy skin, and works with Vitamin A to maintain healthy cells and prevent sun damage.⁣

  • Potassium & Magnesium– prevent muscle cramps and soothe muscle soreness (Potassium). ⁣
