Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we are a very small business, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the product, along with pictures and an explanation of the damages. We will then reship the damaged product(s) to you at no additional cost.

Address Correction

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, you must notify us immediately. Once your order has shipped, UPS charges a fee for address correction, and you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Delayed Orders

If your order has been in transit for over 10 days without any updates or delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately.
