Recommended Use:
Use daily for general immunity building
- Adults take 1 tsp (5 ml) daily
- Children take 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) daily
Always shake well before using
May be added to yogurt, juice, or anything cold
Adults take 1tbsp every 4 hours if actively fighting a cold or flu, for up to 10 days
Children under the age of 12; take 1/2 tbsp every 4 hours if actively fighting a cold or flu, for up to 10 days
Toddlers and children under age 3; take 1 tsp up to four times daily if actively fighting a cold or flu, up to 10 days
For seasonal allergies, double the daily general immune building dosage 2 weeks prior to allergy season, then reduce to a single daily dosage
Shelf Life:
Must remain refrigerated at all times
Use within two months of purchase
Freeze in a separate container for up to six months
